Mother AI — Privacy Policy

Mother AI ("Mother AI", "we", "us"), operated by Farrukh Akhmedjanov (Doha, Qatar),

provides the Mother AI mobile app and backend (the "Service"). This policy explains

what we collect, why, and your rights.

What we collect

• Account data: the user ID and display name you choose, and your password

(stored only as a salted one-way hash — we never store the plaintext password).

• Chat content: the messages you send to the AI and its responses, organised

into threads, so the Service is useful across sessions.

• Memories: facts/preferences derived from your use that personalise the

assistant. You can view, edit, pin, tag, and delete these in the app.

• Uploaded files & images you choose to send to the assistant.
• Microphone audio: captured only while you actively use voice input, to convert

speech to text. Camera: used only when you choose to capture/attach an image.

• Private vault: notes you store in the encrypted vault are encrypted on your

device; we store only the ciphertext and cannot read their contents.

• Basic technical data needed to operate the Service (e.g. request/auth logs).

We do not collect precise location, contacts, or device advertising identifiers,

and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

How we use it

To provide and personalise the assistant, maintain your account and sessions,

secure the Service (abuse/rate-limit protection), process subscriptions, and

debug/operate the backend. We do not sell your data.

AI processing

Your messages are processed by a large-language-model inference provider to generate

responses. This is either our own hosted model or a third-party inference provider

(currently Together AI); in the latter case message content is transmitted to that

provider solely to produce your response, and is not used to train their models on

your identifiable data.

Payments & subscriptions

Mother AI offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (Plus and Pro). **All payments

are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play)** — we never receive or

store your card or banking details. We receive only the resulting subscription status

(tier and validity) needed to unlock features. Subscription terms are described in our

Terms of Use.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share data only with the infrastructure and

AI sub-processors strictly needed to run the Service (hosting, inference, and the app

stores for payment), or when legally required.

Retention, export & deletion

• You can export your data from within the app at any time.
• You can permanently delete your account and all associated data in-app

(Settings → Delete account). Deletion is irreversible.

Security

Passwords are salted+hashed; sessions use expiring, revocable tokens; vault contents

are end-to-end encrypted; traffic is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure,

but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for general audiences.

Your rights

Subject to your jurisdiction, you may access, correct, export, or delete your data,

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated"

date and, where appropriate, by in-app notice.
